Community Impact
At TrustPay, we believe a bank\'s success is measured by more than its balance sheet. Since our founding, we have invested in the communities we serve — through philanthropy, financial education, and a commitment to a more sustainable future.

1. Our Commitment
TrustPay has donated more than $500 million to community organizations since 2009. Our giving is focused on three pillars — financial inclusion, education, and economic development — and is guided by the needs of the communities we serve, not by headlines.
In 2025 alone, we contributed $62 million in grants, matched giving, and employee volunteer hours. Every dollar is tracked and reported publicly in our annual Community Impact Report, so you can see exactly where your bank's money goes.

We believe financial knowledge is a right, not a privilege. TrustPay offers free financial literacy programs to schools, community centers, and workplaces — reaching over 1 million students and adults in 2025 alone.
Our flagship program, "Money Smart with TrustPay," is a K–12 curriculum aligned with national standards and available in English and Spanish. It is free for any educator to use, and our employees volunteer to teach it in classrooms across the country.
