Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TrustPay Global Finance Bank's website, mobile app, and banking services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By opening an account, accessing our website, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Account Opening and Eligibility

To open a TrustPay account, you must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction, and able to provide valid government-issued identification. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

  • Must provide valid government-issued ID
  • Must provide accurate personal and financial information
  • Must have a valid email address and phone number
  • Must not have been previously banned from TrustPay services

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, PIN, and biometric data. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

  • Keep your password and PIN confidential
  • Enable two-factor authentication
  • Never share your account credentials with anyone
  • Log out from shared or public devices
  • Report suspicious activity immediately
  • Use biometric authentication where available

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our services to engage in illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws or these terms.

  • Do not use TrustPay for illegal activities or money laundering
  • Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
  • Do not use false identities or stolen information
  • Do not send spam or unauthorized communications
  • Do not attempt to circumvent transaction limits or fees
  • Do not use our services for gambling where prohibited by law

5. Fees and Charges

TrustPay offers many services with no fees, including checking accounts, internal transfers, and standard bill pay. Certain services carry fees as disclosed in our Fee Schedule. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice.

Fee-free services

  • Essential and Student Checking — no monthly fee
  • Internal transfers between TrustPay accounts
  • Standard bill pay to 10,000+ billers
  • Mobile check deposit
  • ATM withdrawals at 50,000+ network ATMs

Services with fees

  • Premium Checking — $15/month (waivable with $2,500 balance)
  • Domestic wire transfers — $25
  • International wire transfers — $45
  • Expedited card replacement — $15
  • Paper statements (non-Senior accounts) — $5/month
  • Overdraft protection transfer — $10 per occurrence

6. Transaction Limits

We may impose limits on transaction amounts, frequency, and destinations to manage risk and comply with regulations. These limits vary by account type and customer verification level.

  • Daily debit card spending limit: $5,000 (Essential), $10,000 (Premium)
  • Daily ATM withdrawal limit: $1,000 (Essential), $2,500 (Premium)
  • Daily transfer limit: $25,000 (domestic), $50,000 (Premium)
  • Mobile check deposit daily limit: $5,000 (Essential), $10,000 (Premium)
  • International transfer limit: $50,000 per transaction

7. Liability for Unauthorized Transactions

You are protected by our Zero Fraud Liability policy for unauthorized transactions on your debit and credit cards, provided you report the unauthorized activity within 60 days of your statement date. You may be liable for up to $50 if you report within 2 business days, up to $500 if reported within 60 days, and for the full amount if reported after 60 days.

8. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting us through the app, website, or by phone. We may close or suspend your account if we detect suspicious activity, violation of these terms, or if required by law. We will provide notice before closure except in cases of suspected fraud.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10. Limitation of Liability

TrustPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
