5. Audit & Compliance

TrustPay's consolidated financial statements are audited annually by an independent registered public accounting firm. Our internal audit function provides independent assurance to the board's Audit Committee on the effectiveness of our internal controls.

We maintain a robust compliance program that covers banking regulations, consumer protection laws, anti-money laundering (AML), and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). We undergo regular examinations by federal and state regulators.
